1. The agreement
These Terms of Purchase and Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between the purchaser or client (“you”) and Tatiana Morris (“I,” “me,” or “Provider”), who offers Life Architecture sessions and card-reading services. By booking, purchasing, or accepting these Terms electronically, you confirm that you have read and agreed to them.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. Services are for the person identified in the booking or order and may not be transferred without written agreement.
2. Current services
Life Architecture Session
One 60-minute online session focused on a question or area of your life within the larger structure of the whole person. The purpose of one session is clarity. It is not a promise of immediate change or a predetermined result.
Live Card Reading
One 60-minute online, non-predictive card reading focused on one area of life, a decision, or the higher meaning of a situation or event. You receive a picture of the spread after the session and may make a recording for your own personal use.
A First Glimpse
One free 15-minute online session that may be used for a brief conversation or card reading. It is a short introduction to the work, not a shortened version of a full session.
3. Payment
Prices are displayed in United States dollars. Payment for a paid session is due in full before the scheduled session unless another arrangement has been agreed to in writing. Payment instructions will be provided directly. A booking is confirmed only after payment has been received.
If payment is processed through a third-party payment provider, that provider’s terms and privacy practices also apply.
4. Scheduling, cancellation, and refunds
Sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
Booking a session is a commitment of time and attention by both you and the Provider.
Payment reserves the scheduled time specifically for you. All payments are final and nonrefundable. If you cancel or do not attend the session, the payment will not be refunded, transferred, or credited toward another service, except where required by law.
If unexpected circumstances arise, you may contact me. I may agree to reschedule a session at my discretion, but rescheduling is not guaranteed. An exception made in one situation does not create an obligation to make the same exception in another.
If I must cancel a paid session, you may choose either a reasonable rescheduled time or a full refund.
5. Your participation and responsibility
You decide what information to share, but you agree that the information you provide will be accurate to the best of your knowledge and sufficient for the service you have requested.
Any observation, interpretation, suggestion, or practical guidance I offer is information for your consideration. You retain full authority over your life and remain responsible for your own interpretations, choices, actions, inaction, and results. This responsibility does not mean that you caused, controlled, or deserved every circumstance you have experienced.
The services are not intended or available as emergency or crisis support.
I may decline or end a service if I believe it is outside my scope, continuing would be unsafe or inappropriate, or a client’s conduct prevents the work from continuing. If I decline a paid service before it begins, the payment will be refunded. A service ended because of a client’s conduct is not refundable.
6. Scope of the work
Life Architecture may include conversation, observation, interpretation, card readings, energy work, psychological or symbolic perspectives, spiritual knowledge, and other methods within the Provider’s knowledge and experience, depending on what is appropriate to the situation.
Life Architecture and card readings are not psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental-health counseling, diagnosis, medical care, substance-abuse treatment, legal advice, accounting advice, financial advice, or another licensed professional service. They do not replace care, treatment, or advice from a qualified professional when such support is needed.

7. Confidentiality and privacy
I will use reasonable care to keep information you share private and to use it only for providing the service and operating the business. This relationship is not legally privileged in the way that certain licensed professional relationships may be.
Information may be disclosed with your permission, when disclosure is required by law or a valid legal order, or when I reasonably believe that disclosure is necessary to respond to an immediate and serious threat to someone’s safety.
The Privacy Notice explains what information may be collected, how it may be used, and which service providers may process it.
8. Recordings and intellectual property
You may keep and use a picture of the spread, a personal session recording, and any written materials provided to you for your own personal and noncommercial purposes. You may not sell them, publish or distribute them in full, use them commercially, or present my materials or interpretations as your own work without prior written permission.
You may record a live Card Reading for your personal use. Recording a Life Architecture session requires mutual agreement.
I will not record a session or use your name, image, story, testimonial, recording, or other identifying information for publicity or teaching without separate written permission.
9. No guarantee of results
I promise the service described, not a particular outcome. Results depend on your circumstances, choices, attention, timing, and factors outside either person’s control. No interpretation is represented as complete, infallible, or the only possible view of your experience.
10. Technology and circumstances beyond control
Technology can fail and unexpected circumstances can arise. If a material interruption prevents a live session from being completed, we will make a reasonable effort to continue or reschedule the remaining time. Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events reasonably outside their control, but this does not remove my obligation to provide the purchased service or an appropriate refund when I cannot do so.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the services. Any direct liability relating to a purchased service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Governing law and complete agreement
These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Florida, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
These Terms, the service description presented at purchase, the Privacy Notice, and the Scope and Disclaimer form the complete agreement for an individual purchase. Any separately signed agreement will control where it expressly differs from these Terms. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A waiver on one occasion is not a continuing waiver.

I may update these Terms when necessary. Material changes will be identified by a new revision date and will apply prospectively. The Terms in effect when a service is purchased will govern that purchase.
